FAQs

Your questions,
answered

The practical questions people ask before getting in touch — what the first meeting involves, what it costs, and who you will be speaking to.

Before you get in touch

What to expect from us

Usually around an hour. It is a conversation rather than a presentation — we want to understand your career, your contract and what is on your mind before anyone talks about products.

Yes. There is no cost for the initial conversation and no obligation to go any further. If we do not think we can add anything, we will say so.

One of our advisers, and in most cases the same person who would go on to look after you. You will not be passed between people once you have started.

Nothing is required. If you happen to have your contract, recent payslips or details of any existing pensions or policies to hand, it lets us be more specific sooner — but it is not a condition of meeting.

Only once we have agreed to work together, and only after the costs have been set out in writing and you have had time to consider them. Nothing is charged before that point.

Yes. We work with clients across the country and abroad, and video calls are routine. We will also travel to you or meet at your club where that is easier around training and fixtures.

Franklyn made my foray into financial planning smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone considering their first financial adviser!
